Bookings

For large event bookings (100+ guests), booking should be made at least 2–3 months in advance to secure your date and allow sufficient time for sourcing and planning. Emergency or last-minute bookings may incur an extra cost if accepted.

Deposit & Payment

  • 50% deposit: required once the invoice is agreed to confirm the order/booking.
  • Remaining 50%: due at least 6 weeks before the event date.

Your booking is considered confirmed once the deposit is received and acknowledged.

Delivery / Pickup

Preferably, the customer picks up the order at the agreed time unless both parties agree on delivery (which may incur an extra transport cost). We aim to deliver at agreed times, but we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may delay delivery; we will communicate promptly.

Foods are freshly cooked; however, long-distance deliveries may require food to be in a frozen state. Please warm according to instructions before consumption.

Cancellation Policy

Sourcing and logistics begin immediately after an order is confirmed. Cancellation charges may apply:

  • Within first week of confirmation: 10% of total cost
  • After one week: 30%
  • After two weeks: 50%
  • Two weeks to the event date: 80%
  • 2–3 days before the event date: no refund

We reserve the right to cancel events if conditions are not met or if adverse weather/safety risks arise. Any special emergency situations should be discussed to agree an appropriate outcome.

Indoor / Outdoor Events

For on-site indoor catering (parties, fine dining, weddings), the client is responsible for ensuring a safe, modern, standard kitchen is available. A standard setup with disposable plates and cutlery can be provided. Fine dining or extraordinary setups (e.g. themed setups, chandeliers, breakable cutlery) may incur an extra cost. Clients may be liable for breakages not caused by catering staff.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your enquiry or order so we can advise and prepare as safely as possible.

Returns Policy

Due to health and safety reasons, once food has been delivered or has left our kitchen premises, it is no longer considered safe for returns. We do not accept returns for perishable products. If there are any problems with products received, please contact us immediately and we will assist.
