Our Story
Makuma Cuisine — Makuma meaning "my heart" in our CEO's language — was borne out of an unwavering love for cooking and serving healthy, nutritious West African meals. Founded in January 2025 as Crawley, West Sussex's premier African caterer, we've quickly become a household name in UK catering for authentic flavours and luxury service.
We provide high-quality Ghanaian and Nigerian catering for individuals, weddings, and corporate organisations — indoor & outdoor — as well as custom meal preps at competitive prices. Professionalism, taste, and hygiene are at the heart of everything we do.

A 50% deposit is required once the invoice is agreed to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 6 weeks before the event date.
Pickup is preferred unless delivery is agreed (transport costs may apply). We’ll confirm the best option during your quote.
